MET ÉIREANN has issued a status yellow wind warning as Storm Amy has been named to approach West Cork and the rest of the county.
The warning is currently valid from 12:00 Friday, Oct. 3rd to 00.00 on Saturday, Oct. 4th
Met Éireann says possible impacts of Storm Amy include 'strong to near gale force and gusty southwesterly winds.'
