The man reportedly fell overboard from a Spanish trawler – which operates out of Castletownbere – on Wednesday evening during gale force winds and large swell
Valentia Lifeboat and the Shannon-based rescue helicopter were involved in the search on Wednesday evening and the naval vessel the LÉ Aisling joined the search early this morning.
