Restructuring of the well-respected West Cork firm of PJ O'Driscoll Bandon has resulted in the setting-up of Hallissey & Partners. 

RESTRUCTURING of the well-respected West Cork firm of PJ O’Driscoll Bandon has resulted in the setting-up of Hallissey & Partners. 

 With a team of more than 25 people, Hallissey & Partners (H&P) will continue to operate from the existing offices at South Main Street.  

Led by managing partner Ted Hallissey, the new law firm retains four partners of the previous firm, namely Geraldine Crean, Paul Westcott, Susan Lee and Eileen Hayes, together with all the associate solicitors.

Managing partner Ted Hallissey said: ‘We are delighted to start 2018 with our new structure which reflects the progress and ambition of our firm. We will continue to deliver excellent results for our clients in a prompt and practical manner, through a combination of experience, expertise and attention to detail.’

H&P has an ambitious growth plan across all areas of legal practice including property, probate, capital taxes, commercial law, litigation, employment law, as well as renewable energy projects, construction and agriculture. 

The firm has an impressive client base with a broad range of private and commercial clients, both locally and nationally.
