Elaine for Queen of the Land

THIS weekend, Elaine Johnston will be representing both Bantry and Carbery Macra in the annual Queen of the Land festival at Tullamore in Co Offaly.

From the get-go, Elaine has been active in every aspect of the organisation. Starting day one as Bantry Macra club treasurer, followed by both secretary and PRO roles, leading then to club chairperson. 

Elaine is also very active in the Carbery Region, serving as regional PRO for two years and now can be heard on c103 on Friday nights, filling everyone in on the latest happenings of Macra. Her colleagues in Carbery Macra wished her the best of luck, and safe travelling to all her supporters, at the weekend.
