CLONAKILTY Pudding is bringing the heat to West Cork brunch plates with the launch of its Clonakilty Spice Trail Pudding range.

Inspired by distinctive global flavours and spices, and crafted with generations of pudding making expertise, the new range puts a fresh twist on an Irish classic.

As with all of the brand’s products, the new puddings are made in Ireland using Irish pork, oats, fresh onions. But in a new twist they are combined with distinctive spice blends from around the world to transport your taste buds beyond the familiar.

The new range includes Clonakilty Picante Pudding, taking its inspiration from Spain and blending traditional ingredients with garlic, smoked paprika and chilli for a rich, warm kick.

Clonakilty Jalapeno Pudding, inspired by Mexico, is hot and tangy with jalapeno peppers delivering a vibrant burst of heat and flavour.

The new puddings bring a little adventure to everyday meals. Think sourdough, smashed avocado, feta, poached eggs with the Clonakilty Picante Pudding or soft tacos loaded with crispy Clonakilty Jalapeño Pudding and a herby salsa.
