A Southern Star digital subscription offers subscribers unlimited access to southernstar.ie on desktop, tablet or mobile. This includes full access to The Southern Star app to access our
weekly ePaper.

How do I change it? Visit subscribe.southernstar.ie/password/reset and enter the email address associated with your account.
How do I update my payment details?
Visit subscribe.southernstar.ie/profile, scroll down to ‘Saved Credit Card’ and click ‘change’.

How will my digital subscription be renewed?
If you have chosen our monthly option, your subscription will be automatically renewed every 30 days on a rolling basis. If you have chosen our annual option, your subscription will be
automatically renewed after 365 days but you will receive an email before any payment is taken incase you need to cancel.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Visit subscribe.southernstar.ie/profile and click ‘cancel subscription’. Alternatively contact [email protected] and we can help you out.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You retain access to your subscription for the remainder of your billing period. This period varies depending on when you cancel – your subscription will automatically expire at the end of your billing period.
