THE final arrangements are being put in place for thefundraiser for Marymount Hospital and Hospice in memory of Amy Crowley, Adrigole.The weekend of April 10th to 12th will be a busy one,starting with a fun table quiz at the Wild Atlantic Bar on Friday April 10th at 8pm sharp. Amy’s son Liam is organising the quiz and explained that there will be teams of four and each table is €60.

Liam said local businesses have sponsored great prizes for the winning teams and he hopes it will be an enjoyable evening for all. Amy’s husband John Crowley and son Ronan have been looking after the arrangements for the golf classic, a three ball scramble at Berehaven Golf Club. John said: “The response has been fantastic, almost all of the tee times are booked and we have received very

generous sponsorship. The golf prizes have also been sponsored. If anyone would like any further information please contact me on 087-8586253. We are very thankful to everyone who has donated prizes, entered teams or sponsored tees and greens. The response has been amazing.’

Amy’s parents, Colleen and Con, and all the family are very grateful for the generosity of their friends, neighbours and the local community. John said the fundraising weekend has a target of €25,000 which will be used to purchase specialised equipment for St Catherine’s Ward in Marymount as a thank you for the wonderful care Amy received there during her illness.
