Sgt Tom Mulcahy said the investigation into the matters was ongoing, with a file currently being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP).
Mr Martin was in court and asked the judge whether a variation could be made to his curfew, currently one of his bail conditions.
Judge Joanne Carroll advised the defendant that any application to his bail conditions would have to be made through his solicitor.
Judge Carroll adjourned the case to April 28th, ordering that all original bail conditions stay in place and are adhered to until a further application to vary bail conditions is made.
