Skibbereen's Brian Deady will play a free outdoor gig this Sunday night on Main Street.

FRESH from his sold out nationwide Spring Tour, Skibbereen’s very own Brian Deady will play a free outdoor gig on Main Street this Sunday May 1st at 9pm. Brian and his five piece band will be airing tracks from his latest album ‘Non-Fiction’ which includes the hit song ‘Clap Both Your Hands’ which has received nationwide radio play.

Brian’s album was recently given ‘Album of The Week’ on RTÉ Radio 1 and it also reached No.1 in the Irish R&B Album Charts. ‘It’s been a long road so it’s great to see this kind of support happening in radio and from people at our gigs and it’s great to be playing in my home town too,’ Brian told The Southern Star.

‘We will be playing material from Non-Fiction so there will be a few of the slower ballads as it wouldn’t be Non-Fiction without those. We might even revisit some 90s house seeing as I’ll be playing in my home town.’
