THE West Cork Academy face Kildare in an SFAI National U12 Schoolboys Inter-League Shield quarter-final at Canon Crowley Park on Sunday.
David Hall and Colm Cleary’s West Cork Academy U12 squad will hope home advantage can help overcome Leinster opponents Kildare in Drinagh on Sunday at 2pm.
A place in the last four of this season’s SFAI National U12 Schoolboys Inter-League Shield is the prize awaiting the winners.

Players drawn from the Bay Rovers, Bunratty United, Castlelack, Drinagh Rangers, Skibbereen and Togher Celtic clubs will represent their region and clubs in a tie expected to attract a large attendance.
2025 Schoolgirls Goalkeeper of the Year, Isabella Santos from Castlelack, is enjoying an excellent campaign. So is Drinagh’s Sean Hamilton who scored twice in the West Cork Academy’s 2-1 win over Wicklow to qualify for the Shield quarter-finals.
