O’DONOVAN Rossa forward Kevin Davis has played his way into the Cork senior football team for Sunday’s McGrath Cup clash against Kerry in Mallow, at 2pm.
First-half sub Davis scored six points in Cork’s 2-22 to 1-9 McGrath Cup win against Tipperary last Wednesday night and the Skibb attacker has been rewarded with his first senior start for the Rebels this Sunday.
Manager Peadar Healy has made a few changes to his starting line-up with Ken O’Halloran replacing Ryan Price in goal while Clonakilty’s Tom Clancy comes in at full back and Castlehaven’s Mark Collins replaces Kevin O’Driscoll in the half-forward line.
