O’DONOVAN Rossa ladies football teams enjoyed a memorable 2025 season, and the heroes who put the Skibbereen club on the map last year took centre stage at the medal presentation ceremony.
With success from U13 all the way to senior level, it was another year where the Rossas made an impact.
Last year was especially significant, as it marked the club’s debut season at senior level. These trailblazers made an instant impact, winning the West Cork senior Division 1 championship and also reaching the county senior B final.

The club’s underage groups are doing extremely well across all ages, which is evident with two West Cork titles being won by the U13 girls, and the U14 girls made history by winning the club’s first underage county A title.
On the night medals were presented to the following teams:
U13 Ladies: U13A West Cork League winners, County League runners-up and West Cork Summer League winners.
U14 Ladies: U14A county winners.
U15 Ladies: West Cork League runners-up.
Minor Ladies: West Cork A League runners-up.
Junior Ladies: County 2B winners and West Cork Division 4 runners-up.
Senior Ladies: West Cork Division 1 winners.
