Star is among the finalists in businesswomen awards

Six businesswomen have been named as finalists in the Network Ireland West Cork Businesswoman of the Year Awards, which will take place at Liss Ard Estate in Skibbereen on Wednesday, May 30th.

 

SIX businesswomen have been named as finalists in the Network Ireland West Cork Businesswoman of the Year Awards, which will take place at Liss Ard Estate in Skibbereen on Wednesday, May 30th.

Gráinne Dwyer, the founder of Stori Creative, Sherna Malone, the sales and marketing manager at the Celtic Ross Hotel, and Nicole O’Riordan, the digital marketing executive at The Southern Star, have been nominated in the best use of digital category.

The finalists in the emerging new business category includes: Sarah Abbot, a leadership coach at the People Practice Group; Caroline Murphy, the owner of West Cork Eggs; and Noreen Murphy Coakley of Independent Stella and Dot Stylist.

The awards presentation will start at 12.30pm and Colette Twomey, the managing director and co-founder of the Clonakilty Food Co will be the guest speaker.

Network Ireland is a voluntary organisation for and run by women who wish to support and mentor each other in a diverse range of business and community endeavours.
