GARDAÍ and emergency services are currently at scene of a very serious traffic collision that occurred at approximately 11.10am today at the Palaceanne bridge area near Murragh outside Bandon.
The R586 – the main Bandon to Enniskeane road – is currently closed with diversions in place.
There are unconfirmed reports that a woman was seriously injured and has been taken to CUH.
