On today’s show we're chatting with Skibbereen’s Sinead Ennis who recently represented her adopted home of New Zealand at the World Sprint Triathlon Championships in Lausanne in Switzerland where she finished inside the top 50.
We’re also be previewing the start of the Rugby World Cup with Southern Star editor Con Downing as Ireland prepare take on Scotland in their opening fixture this Sunday morning with kick off set for 8.45am.
We also touch on the news that Cian O’Neill has been added to Ronan McCarthy’s Senior football coaching ticket ahead of next season but there’s only one place to start today’s show and that is with the huge West Cork derby between Newcestown and Ilen Rovers in the senior football championship quarter final in Rosscarbery on Saturday afternoon.
