Hurley recovers from injury to start for Cork against Dublin

Brian Hurley has been named in the starting line up for Cork's Allianz NFL Division 1 opener against Dublin in Pairc Ui Rinn this Sunday.

BRIAN Hurley has been named in the starting line up for Cork’s Allianz NFL Division 1 opener against Dublin in Pairc Ui Rinn this Sunday after recovering from a recent shoulder injury.

There is plenty of West Cork interest in this glamour clash as Clonakilty’s Tom Clancy, Brian and Colm O’Driscoll (Tadhg MacCarthaigh), Castlehaven duo Mark Collins and Brian Hurley, and Donal Óg Hodnett (O’Donovan Rossa) all start for Cork, while John O'Rourke, John Hayes, Kevin O'Driscoll and Daniel Hazel are all named on the bench.

Patrick Kelly and Daniel Goulding continue their recovery from injury and were not considered for this game.
