Jason, who played underage with Tadhg MacCarthaigh, and his family moved to South Kilkenny in 2011 and he now plays his club GAA with

where he has made a big impact over the last few years.

Youngest brother to Eddie, Liam and Amy, Good Counsel star Jason has been a key man in his school’s run to the final, as he also chipped in with three frees in their 0-10 to 0-6 semi-final win against St Mels.

The last year Good Counsel won this competition, 16 years ago, they went on to the win the Hogan Cup – an omen, perhaps.
