“The aim of these additional resources is to help with access to justice. There are a lot of people who need advice from a solicitor, particularly in the area of family law. They may not qualify for legal aid but at the same time they may not be able to afford legal fees from a private practice.

These new services will allow people to become more fully informed about the legal process, in particular in relation to family law, to upskill in the day to day practices which can make life easier for those going through family law disputes and to take some of the mystery out of the process.
