A 46-year-old woman charged with murdering her husband has been remanded in custody.
A 46-YEAR-old woman charged with murdering her husband has been remanded in custody to the December 5th sitting of Macroom District Court.
Pat Horan, solicitor, consented to the remand in custody when the case against his client was called on Wednesday morning.
Rita O’Driscoll of Bridge Street, Bandon, has been charged with the murder of Timmy Foley (44) at a house at Dan Corkery Place on the night of October 7th and October 8th 2018.
