In the first of a new series of Southern Star Sessions, we're joined by singer/songwriter John Blek who performs 'The Blackwater' from his fourth album, Thistle & Thorn.
Thistle & Thorn was recorded between Clonakilty and Louisville, Kentucky during the early part of 2018.
John is set to play Connolly's of Leap on August 11 and De Barras, Clonakilty on October 20.
