New partnership for Clon based Carbery Plastics

CLONAKILTY-based heating oil tank specialists, Carbery Plastics’ presence in British market has been further strengthened, with the recent announcement by the company of the appointment of Davant as its fuel tank distributor for Great Britian, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man from next month onwards.

Established since 1977, Carbery Plastics is a leading manufacturer of rotationally moulded products including fuel, oil and water storage tanks. All Carbery products are produced at the company’s West Cork manufacturing centre of excellence. As well as being OFCERT licensed, EN 13341 compliant and Kiwa approved, Carbery Storage tanks already enjoy strong positions within the British and Irish markets together with a growing number of international markets including Belgium, Finland, France, Hungary, The Netherlands and the Middle East.

Davant is a specialist plumbing and insulation material supplier, with an established merchant presence. As a National Merchant Buying Society (NMBS) Preferred Supplier, the Herefordshire headquartered company focuses upon supplying independent merchants and distributors across Great Britain. The company’s product range includes all above and below ground drainage products, plastic plumbing systems and water cisterns and accessories. Davant employs a field based sales team and operates its own UK product distribution centre and fleet.
