West Cork looks set to bathe in at least a week of almost uninterrupted sunshine, starting tomorrow.
Despite what weather app you care to choose, the little yellow sun ‘face’ is smiling out at you this week, with an almost clear run of sunshine from now til next weekend, and beyond.
Met Éireann is predicting a long spell of dry weather, which will cover almost all of the country but with Munster getting most of the sunshine. ‘Warm or hot well into next week, with temperatures in the mid twenties, sometimes higher,’ says Met Éireann.
‘Spells of hazy sunshine each day, but with the risk of some sea mist developing in some coastal areas and maybe a few thundery showers towards midweek.’
