Best SEAT dealership in Ireland

FINBARR Galvin Ltd, Bandon and Victoria Cross, Cork City, have won the coveted ‘Dealer of the Year’ award for Ireland at the prestigious SEAT World Dealer Conference in Barcelona this week.

The family business, which has strived to raise standards and exceed customer expectations, while delivering unrivalled value for generations of Cork drivers, received the inaugural ‘Dealer Of The Year’ award at an exclusive ceremony in Barcelona, the home of SEAT. 

The award reflects the commitment and drive of managing director Justin Galvin, who has moulded the company into one of Ireland’s finest, excelling in each and every department from record-breaking car sales to excellence in after-sales and customer care.

Accepting the award, Justin praised his team of 28 staff ‘who are the heartbeat of the company’ and who share the same vision and commitment to excellence. He went on to thank the company’s loyal customers, who have returned again and again since his father, Finbarr, founded the business in 1975.

‘Our business is about people,’ said Justin: ‘I think that people’s needs must be first and foremost in everything we do. 

This philosophy is why our customers return again and again, and why they recommend us to others, which is our ultimate goal. For us, after-sales and customer care is really where it all stems from.

‘This award is also a reflection of the dedication and work ethic of our excellent staff,’ he continued: ‘It recognises the hard work and team ethic at the heart of our team and we are all very proud to have achieved this award from SEAT.’

This is the third award in three years for Finbarr Galvin Ltd, having won the ‘After-Sales Person of the Year’ and ‘Sales Person of the Year’ for Skoda in 2013 and 2014.

Meanwhile, SEAT has launched details of its 162 offers ahead of its upcoming open week which takes place across its 21-strong dealer network from June 13th to 18th. During the open week, customers who order a new 162 SEAT will receive a complimentary luxury two-night stay at The Wineport Lodge Hotel in Co Westmeath, worth €500. 

This offer includes a bottle of champagne on arrival and a free Voya spa gift card. 

In addition, there is also an attractive €2,500 trade-in bonus available on all Leon orders received during the open week.
