TOY APPEAL

The annual Kinsale & District Lions Club Christmas Toy Appeal will once again see the club delivering toys and gifts to children in Cork hospitals this Christmas. New toys, board games, teddies and books will be accepted as well as clothes, toiletries and toiletries for the older children. People are being asked to drop their gifts by Tuesday December 9th to Fitzgerald & Partners, 9 Perry Street, Kinsale or L.M. O'Construction (Cork) at Cork Airport Business Park. Financial donations are also welcome to be made payable to Kinsal Lions Club to purchase gifts.

FRIDAY NOVEMBER 21ST

ALTRUSA CHRISTMAS FAYRE

The annual Altrusa Christmas Fayre will take place at the Temperance Hall in Kinsale on Friday, November 21st from 10am to 12.30pm. The proceeds from this year's event will be divided between Kinsale Community Hospital, Kinsale Meals on Wheels and Kinsale Youth Club. Admission is €5 which includes refreshments and children will go free.

SATURDAY NOVEMBER 22ND AND 23RD

POP-UP MARKET

The West Cork Collective Pop-up Market takes place over two days, Saturday and Sunday in the Temperance Hall in Kinsale from 10am to 5pm. Expect plenty of stalls featuring local artists and makers.

SUNDAY NOVEMBER 23RD

CHRISTMAS MARKET

The Ballyheada National School market takes place in the Marian Hall in Ballinahasig from 11.30am to 2.30pm.

TUESDAY NOVEMBER 25TH TO 29TH

THEATRE

Rampart Players present 'Goldie Locks and the Three Bears' at the St John Fitzsimmons Riverside Theatre at Kinsale Community School from Tuesday November 25th to Saturday 29th at 7.30pm. Tickets are €15 and are available from The Boathouse Gallery, 68 Main Street.

SUNDAY NOVEMBER 30TH

BAZAAR

This event takes place at Scoil Naomh Eltin on Sunday November 30th from 1pm to 4pm. Catch all the fun on the day.

BALLINSPITTLE WINTER FAIR

The Ballinspittle Winter Fair will take place at Ballinspittle Community Hall from 12noon to 6.30pm with plenty of crafts, entertainment and festive treats. This is a community fundraiser for the village Christmas Lights.

SUNDAY DECEMBER 14TH

CHRISTMAS MARKET

Live music, food trucks and craft stalls at the Christmas Market at Blacks Brewery & Distillery, Long Acre, Cappagh which will run from 11am to 6pm.

FAMILY CHRISTMAS BINGO

Family Christmas Bingo takes place at Riverstick Community Centre with doors open at 5.30pm and eyes down at 6pm. It promises to be a great night with a jackpot of €250 to be won, plus the Christmas Raffle. Run by Riverstick Community Association will take place then too.

THURSDAY DECEMBER 25TH

CHRISTMAS SWIM

Kinsale & District Lions Club's annual Christmas Day charity swim takes place on Christmas Day at 1pm. Collections will take place on the day with all proceeds going to those in need in the Kinsale area.
