THE Craft artisanal food truck at the Celtic Ross Hotel has announced a new partnership with Stone Valley Coffee.
Stone Valley is freshly roasted in Clonakilty and the team in the Celtic Ross has been expertly trained by them.
The Craft crew, led by executive chef Shane, are focused on supporting local suppliers and championing the ethos of sustainability and quality across the hotel’s range of dining options.
