BALINEEN bullet Phil Healy has broken the Irish women’s 100m record.
The West Cork woman (23) ran a sensational 11.28 at a graded meet in Santry, Dublin on Wednesday night. She beat the previous record held jointly by both Ailis McSweeney and Amy Foster by .12 of a second.
Not only that 2018 world indoor championship semi-finalist Phil then set a new 400m outdoor PB of 52.63 straight after.
