Cork star honoured for man-of-the-match display against Duhallow in Cork SFC quarter-final
CARBERY Rangers forward John O’Rourke has received a timely boost ahead of Sunday’s Cork SFC semi-final against Nemo Rangers.
The Ross ace won the Reardens Cork SFC player of the quarter-final round award after his fantastic display in Carbery Rangers’ 1-16 to 1-7 last-eight win against Duhallow at Páirc Uí Rinn.
O’Rourke scored 1-5, including a tenth minute goal, to help guided Carbery Rangers into their fifth Cork SFC semi-final in six years.
