ALAN O’Connor and Ruairi Deane have been named as the midfield combination in the Cork senior football team that will take on Dublin in a challenge match this Sunday in Cill na Martra, at 3pm.
It will be O’Connor’s first appearance in a Cork jersey since his surprise return to inter-county football two weeks ago, while Deane looks to have recovered from the shoulder injury he suffered for Bantry Blues in the PIFC defeat to Eire Og last Friday night.
Ian Maguire, Patrick Kelly, Donncha O’Connor, John O’Rourke and Donal Óg Hodnett are all out injured at the moment.
