A WILD Food Foraging day will take place at The Hollies – the centre for training in sustainability near Enniskeane – on Saturday April 11th. The day, which starts at 9.30am and runs until 5pm, will include a wild food gourmet lunch, and costs €60. You will learn to identify the many edible plants visible this season, how to prepare and eat them. If the weather forecast is particularly wet, it may be rescheduled.
