Organisers of this year’s 12th Welcome Inn Vintage Rally and Old Time Threshing hope to once again raise much-needed funds for the chosen charities.

AN annual vintage rally has raised a staggering €165,000 for local charities over the past 12 years and organisers of this year’s 12th Welcome Inn Vintage Rally and Old Time Threshing hope to once again raise much-needed funds for the chosen charities.

Taking place on Sunday October 18th, this year’s fun-filled event will raise money for the Children’s Leukemia Ward at the Mercy Hospital Cork, West Cork Rapid Response, Marymount Hospice and the Bandon Day Care Centre.

Some of the events on the day include a vintage car, motorcycle, Honda 50 and tractor run that will leave The Welcome Inn at 11.30am and these will return to the rally field afterwards to take part in the stationary vintage display.
