A NEW development on the outskirts of Clonakilty comprising 13, four and five-bed homes is proving popular with viewers.

Cul Ard is being marketed as an ‘exclusive’ development of detached homes ‘in a most desirable and private setting, located walking distance of Clonakilty town.’

With a shortage of accommodation widely recognised as being an issue in the massively popular town, it’s not surprising there’s been considerable interest in the homes which are new to the market and are being jointly managed by Andy Donoghue, Hodnett Forde, Clonakilty and DNG Galvin, Bandon.

There are three distinct styles on an elevated site at Gallanes on the Clonakilty-Timoleague Rd, with sizes ranging from 2,140sq ft to 2,200 sq ft and prices going from €495,000 to €510,000.

Four houses have been released in the first phase while the showhouse has already been sold for close to its asking price of €550,000.

The houses all come with a high-end finish and have full planning permission for a detached garage as an optional extra. They are all located on bespoke, attractive sites, many of which enjoy views.
