A BENCH warrant has been issued for the arrest of a 20-year-old man who failed to appear before Judge James McNulty at a District Court sitting in Clonakilty to answer charges of the theft of two kayaks and one Zodiac RIB in Rosscarbery on July 24th.

John Paul Pardy, with an address at The Seaside Caravan Park in Cappaclough, Kerry, was arrested by Gardaí following a call reporting a vehicle acting suspiciously in the Rosscarbery area.
