Christmas Frost

A crisp, cold Christmas eve,

gentleness rises from your soul,
lifting your spirit to the brightest star.
Hoarfrost and an air of peace,
the countryside is full of people's goodness.
While glimpsing into the night sky,
the full moon shines its light
on magic dust, as the world goes round.
Standing in a spirit of silence,
a mantel of whiteness covers the grass,
listen to music of the wind,
a promise of turkey, plum pudding and more,
Santa is coming.
Let a child's excitement stir within,
stars will guide his path,
go inside, warm your heart by the fire.
it would never do
to have a red nose like Rudolph.
