We look back on a memorable night for West Cork sport
It's always one of the most popular nights out in West Cork and this year proved no different.
Last Saturday, the 2017 Celtic Ross West Cork Sports Star Awards celebrated the best in local sport and, as usual, it was a huge success.
Skibbereen Rowing Club's Mark O'Donovan and Shane O'Driscoll won the overall 2017 West Cork Sports Star Award after their World and European domination in 2017, Cork City FC manager John Caulfield entered the West Cork Sports Star Hall of Fame, Kinsale ladies' footballers won the Team of the Year Award and Bandon AC's Laura Nicholson was named West Cork Youth Sports Star.
