There are just three days to go to an exciting forum on the future of food and farming, in Skibbereen, as part of the Taste of West Cork Food Festival.

There are just three days to go to an exciting forum on the future of food and farming with presentations from some of the most enlightened experts on the topic in the world.
What do we need to do to protect and improve the health of our nation?
Good bacteria in our bodies and in our soil are the foundation of health.  Are modern farming and food productions methods threatening these vital bugs?
Is it time for change?
Can Ireland lead the way?
A conversation, chaired by Jean Perry of Glebe Gardens, will include speakers Darina Allen, chef and owner of Ballymaloe Cookery School;  Professor Ted Dinan of UCC;  Madeline McKeever of Brown Envelope Seeds and the Irish Seed Savers Association; Dr Don Huber, an award-winning, international scientist at Purdue University; naturopath Ann Darcy, and Majella O’Neill, nutritional therapist and natural health practitioner.
