Events for local walkers

CORK Walking Week will take place from May 16th – 24th. The week-long celebration of walking will take place throughout Cork and cater for people interested in getting out and about with their local walking groupw. The Cork Sports Partnership has organised the schedule of walking events with local community walking groups, who are encouraging people to take part in their walks during the week. The events are open to beginners who would like to get started with walking in a fun, safe and local environment. Walks will take place across the county during the week in areas such as Durrus, Ballincollig, Coppeen and Kinsale, to name a few.
