THE Southern Star, in conjunction with the Clonakilty Chamber of Commerce, held a lively and well-attended debate in the Fernhill House Hotel last week.
All the Cork South West candidates, with the exception of the Douglas-based Green candidate Johnny O'Mahony (who sent his apologies), attended and were questioned by mediator Southern Star editor Con Downing.
There were also questions submitted from the floor and to Twitter via the hashtag for the night, which was #GE16SS.
