Tractor and Truck Run set to raise funds for worthy causes

The Bandon Union of Parishes' annual Tractor & Truck Run will take place on Sunday, January 21st. 

THE Bandon Union of Parishes’ annual Tractor & Truck Run will take place on Sunday, January 21st. 

Registration (€20) will be at the Old Still Bar at 11am, assembling at Bandon Mart and then departing at 1pm. Proceeds are in aid of St Peter’s Church Development Fund, BASC Bandon and the Cork Down Syndrome Centre.

Meanwhile, this Thursday, 11th, at 8pm in the Old Still, a meeting will be held to make final preparations for the tractor and truck run and all are welcome to attend. Volunteers are required on the day of the run to assist with stewarding, registration, teas and coffees. 

On Saturday 13th, raffle tickets for the tractor and truck run will be on sale outside SuperValu in the Riverview Shopping Centre, Bandon. Help with the sale of tickets would be gratefully appreciated.
