A BALLYDEHOB man charged with stealing cattle worth €53,000 has been further remanded on continuing bail.
Colm Dineen (32), of Cappaghmore, Ballydehob appeared at Clonakilty District Court this morning, having previously been granted bail at Macroom District Court in January.
Sgt Tom Mulcahy told Judge Joanne Carroll that directions from the director of public prosecutions are still outstanding and that the State was agreeing to a further remand on continuing bail to May 5th with the same bail conditions as previously agreed upon, which include that he must reside in Wexford and stay out of County Cork, obey a curfew, sign on daily and not to have any contact directly or indirectly with any alleged injured parties.
