The first of this year’s events takes place in the Clarion Hotel on Lapps Quay in Cork city on Wednesday, January 13th. On the night Terry, a candid, humorous and vastly-experienced go-to expert in reputation and crisis management, will share the secrets and tips of her business success and will be happy to advise attendees in a Q&A session afterwards.

As well as a regular on TV, radio and the stage from her teens, Terry is an extremely successful business women and one of the founders of Carr Communications. When she became managing director of that company, she expanded its reach so that it provided training and consultancy in seventeen overseas companies.

Terry, who has written eight critically-acclaimed novels, an award-winning collection of short stories and more than a dozen practical guidebooks is an authoritative commentator on communications.

I will speaking about how I got to where I am today, the ups and downs and everything in between and I really hope the women of Cork get something out of it,’ she said.

Tickets for the event, which takes place from 6pm to 8pm, are free to members, or €25 for non-members, including booking fee.
