At a special sitting of Killarney District Court on January 17th a number of bail conditions were set down for Mr Slavickas.
The court heard that the accused had been before Clonakilty District Court on January 20th, when Judge Joanne Carroll amended some of the bail conditions set in Killarney.
Conditions of bail included that he was to stay out of Skibbereen, unless appearing at court as well as signing on at Anglesea Street Garda Station in Cork city, between 9am and 8pm every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
However, gardaí said there was no record of him having signed on at the station since January 20th.
Mr Slavickas, who wasn’t legally represented, said he had regularly signed on and had not missed one sign-on.
‘I have land in Skibbereen where I keep bees,’ he said. ‘You had no reason to deport me from Skibbereen. I am a victim in this case.’
A separate breach of bail conditions allegedly happened on January 25th when gardaí saw the defendant on Townsend Street, Skibbereen.
Judge Carroll revoked bail and remanded him in custody until his next appearance at Skibbereen District Court on February 10th.
