NETWORK Ireland West Cork hosted an inspiring panel discussion at Rossmore Theatre last week.

Own the Spotlight: Building Confidence, Connection & Influence explored how to build presence, visibility and influence in both professional and personal settings.

The evening featured a dynamic panel of speakers from media, marketing and the arts, each bringing a unique perspective on communication and confidence. The panel consisted of;

Digital marketing strategist Luke Prendeville shared insights from global events and digital platforms, exploring how to craft authentic messages that resonate and build meaningful visibility with purpose.

Media expert Lorna Horgan drew on her experience in broadcasting, podcasting and social media to offer practical guidance on using voice, presence and confidence to connect, inspire and influence.

Cork-born actress and writer Irene Kelleher explored how creativity, self-expression and confidence on stage translate into everyday life, empowering individuals to step fully into their own spotlight.

Network Ireland West Cork President Anna Groniecka said: ‘So many women have powerful ideas and stories, but hesitate to take up space or be visible. Own the Spotlight is about confidence, connection and learning how to communicate in a way that feels authentic, impactful and true to who you are.’
