MOVE over Paul Mescal, the sight of Conor Galvin doing a GAA kickabout on his Instagram page is every bit as impressive as his red carpet debut at the UK premiere of Baz Luhrmann’s EPIC: Elvis Presley in Concert last week.
It has to be said that Conor’s blow-by-blow account of the first episode of The Apprentice is brutally honest and frequently hilarious.
For example, he signs off saying: ‘It’s like Albert Einstein always says: you are either good at GAA or you are good at business.’

The West Cork entrepreneur, who is the owner of the photobooth business Press Print Paper, is certainly making his mark in the 20th series of hit BBC One show, which began airing on January 29th.
At 9pm this Thursday we will follow Conor’s journey in the competition and his dream of securing a £250,000 investment by Lord Sugar in his photobooth business.
Meanwhile, Conor is living the high life.
He and entertainment content creator, Flynn West, were officially invited to the premiere by Spotify.
The pair walked the red carpet together at the star-studded event, hosted at IMAX London on February 12th.
The night brought together many famous figures from film, music, media, to celebrate the legacy of Elvis Presley through Luhrmann’s distinctive cinematic lens.
At the event, Conor and Flynn met and were photographed with Baz Luhrmann and they also got to meet music legends Brian May and Rod Stewart.
‘EPIC is a full-throttle celebration of Elvis at his most electric — a man whose reputation is larger than life, Conor told The Southern Star.
‘Seeing and hearing The King up close was incredible, and meeting Baz Luhrmann, Brian May, and Rod Stewart made the night unforgettable.’
