Skibbereen Rowing Club's Gary and Paul O'Donovan, and Denise Walsh have qualified for their respective finals at the senior European Rowing Championships in Poznan

SKIBBEREEN brothers Gary and Paul O’Donovan have qualified for Sunday’s A final of the lightweight double sculls at the senior European Rowing Championships in Poznan, Poland.
The Skibbereen Rowing Club duo finished third in their semi-final today after a strong final 500m, behind Britain and Norway, and comfortably ahead of the Czech Republic, who came in fourth.
Another Skibbereen rower, Denise Walsh, will also be in action in a European Rowing Championship final on Sunday after she and Claire Lambe finished third in their lightweight women’s double semi-final on Saturday.
