FIONA Everard is ready to take on the world.
The Enniskeane woman has been selected, as one of four Irish athletes, to represent Ireland at the World Cross-Country Championships in Tallahassee, Florida on Saturday January 10th 2026.
Everard is coming off the back of her super top-10 finish at the European Cross-Country Championships in Portugal, as well as winning her second national senior title in three years.

She has reached new heights in recent months, and will hope to translate this top form the world stage.
The Bandon AC star returns to this stage having finished 60th in the senior women’s race at the 2024 World Cross-Country Championships in Belgrade.
Also included on the Irish team are Brian Fay (Raheny Shamrock AC), Niamh Allen (Leevale AC) and Noah Harris (Parnell AC).
