MET Éireann has issued a yellow rainfall warning for West Cork, warning of a period of persistent rain ahead.
The advisory is in place from New Year's Eve at 06.00am until New Year's Day at 06.00am.
Possible impacts:
• Localised flooding
• Hazardous travelling conditions
