AUTHOR and TV presenter Graham Norton will once again be making a welcome visit to Bantry, as one of the guests in this year’s West Cork Literary Festival. Other top names visiting the town are Colm Tóibín, Anne Enright, John Boyne and Dame Marina Warner, to name just a few.
The festival, which takes place from July 14th to 21st, will be held at various locations around the town.
Festival director Eimear O’Herlihy said: ‘There is such a wealth of talent out there across all genres from poetry to literary fiction, memoir to children’s literature, journalism to nature writing and more, and we are very excited about the incredible range of writers, both Irish and international, who will be taking part in this year’s festival.’
It would be prudent to get your tickets early, though, as they are selling fast.
