CHRIST Church at Kilfaughnabeg in Glandore was the perfect venue for a beautifully meticulous and diverse textile art exhibition which garnered much praise recently.
The ‘Liberty Stitch’ exhibition featured the recent work of the talented Liberty Stitch Textile Artists, a group led by Susannah Sindall.
Every week, they meet to share ideas, solve problems and carefully work on their projects. The very colourful work on show highlighted the wide scope of textiles, the endless potential of the humble stitch, and the incredible imagination of these artists.
