Praise for Bantry's recent graduates

COLÁISTE Pobail Bheanntraí held its inaugural Post Leaving certificate graduation ceremony on Friday, September 9th last.

The principal, Dr Kevin Healy, congratulated the graduates on their achievement, and he recognised the support provided by their families in achieving their level 5 awards in office administration, healthcare support, and nursing studies.  

Dr Healy said the college presented an ideal learning environment because of its access to the very latest information, communications technology and equipment, specialised tuition delivered by a professional team of tutors who foster a desire in each individual to achieve their optimum.

Doris McGrath, the PLC co-ordinator, thanked the employers all over West Cork, who facilitated the learners with work experience placement, both in the business and the healthcare environment.
