Two months prior, Healy’s Supervalu in Dunmanway sold the top prize Daily Millions ticket worth €1 million.
The winning numbers were 19, 20, 22, 25, 28, 43, with the bonus ball number of 1.
In total, over 82,000 players won prizes in the Lotto and Lotto Plus draws.
The winner is being asked to contact the National Lottery Claims Department on 1800 666 222 between Monday to Friday, 9.15am-5.30pm, where arrangements will be made to process the prize.
